One Year Full Body Holistic Health Transformation Plan!
I am on day 12 of my new plan for 2021 on finding balance in my journey towards holistic health. Harmony and enjoying the ride is the hallmark of this plan. The last few months I have focused on education and plenty of work that has been needing attention in and around the retreat center.
I am doing only fruits for the whole of 2021. So I am continuously detoxing though not too deeply or intensely. I want to share my current daily schedule and the tools i use in my own process with you here in the video.
