What It Means to Have Detox Symptoms
Have you ever wanted to know how to detox your body? And how to know that you are actually detoxing?
Today is detox day number 8 and I am starting to get noticeable detox symptoms. They started slowly to arise yesterday evening and increased today. I feel tired, hungry, thirsty and have a slight fever. About one degree Celsius over my normal temperature.
I ate a bowl of fruit and took a nap and I felt some energy coming back. Most likely the symptoms are connected to (the diet of course) emotional release and the supplement GI Broom from Dr. Morse. This is how to detox your body.
What It Means to Have Detox Symptoms
Detox symptoms mean that I have placed my body in a healing state and that the body is starting to remove toxins and waste products from my system. To do that I use the fruit diet and herbal tinctures and protocols.

The Benefits of Detoxing
Part from the ongoing detox symptoms I feel overall fantastic.
The changes that stands out most to me so far is:
– My energy levels. They are way higher than they were before starting this detox. I have been tired at times for sure, but most of the day I have very high energy. Even when I have my slight fever I feel pretty ok energy wise.
– My body’s response to this diet is amazing. When I eat cooked food I almost constantly walk around feeling a bit bloated and heavy, no matter my weight. That feeling is completely gone and my body feels fantastic. It responds very well to all kinds of movement and I can feel there is less resistance to movement and stretches. I can also feel the pressure is lower on both my adrenals and my kidneys.
– Even though my energy level is very high, my mind is significantly more quiet. This is highly supportive of my spiritual practice and I feel overall more grounded and balanced.
– Improved sleep. I sleep fantastic and feel more rested when I wake up than before the detox.
How to detox your body?
I have removed the salad and vegetables and my diet is now fruits, berries, nuts and seeds. I have mostly salad bowls (with or without nuts/seeds), smoothies, chia pudding and juice. I also add plenty of ginger, turmeric and spirulina.
I will continue as I started, to go day by day and meal by meal and really listen to my body and flow with this detox. At the moment I have no problem with the detox symptoms I am getting and will stay on the diet I am currently on for a while and see what happens.
