The theme for this week has been removing energy blockages.
I had the luxury to let go of two major energy blockages, one from lower back and one from my spine, solar plexus and stomach. Emotions that was blocked was fear and stress and these two events had a big impact on my over all wellbeing and I feel amazing.
I also update a bit about my intermittent dry fast, how I work with it and how I feel after 10 days.
