Dealing with Intense Emotions and Stress with Breathwork, Yin Yoga, Detox (My Hypothyroidism Journey)
This is my protocol for dealing with stress and intense emotions with a holistic approach. Today I will talk about how the “tissue is the issue” and how old emotion is stored in the body. I am currently using detoxification, breathwork, and yin yoga as a trinity in doing my own deeper emotional and spiritual work.
