Personal Training
Personal Training or PT Small Group is a training form that has grown a lot of success in the recent years. Much has to do with the empowering effects of doing activities in groups that converts into higher morale and motivation.
There are many benefits of PT Small Group. The financial aspect of making it accessible for a broader audience to share the fee, the enjoyment of the exercise routines, and it is also a strong community building factor that has given more boost into this form of exercising together.
How Does PT Small Group Work?
At Living with The Spirit we focus on 4-6 clients at the time in order to be able to fully engage with all of the participants. The clients workout together during a period of 6 weeks where we start and ends with assessment to establish the progress.
We work in four phases where we will safely guide you towards your end destination.
Phase 1 – Stability & Mobility
The focus here is to know where we start and to create a solid foundation for your future exercise program development. We will see where you need to be flexible and where you need to be stable in order to proceed into the next phase.
Phase 2 – Movement
In this phase we will assess and build the basic foundations exercise program for each movement that we will build upon.
Phase 3 – Work Load
Program design and knowing how to pace yourself is a key factor in any physical exercise routine. It will make you take intelligent and informed decisions in your future physical endeavors.
Phase 4 – Performance
Knowing when you have reached a goal is important for motivation but also to see where you are going. In this phase we will finish with a benchmark test to see how far you have gotten in your journey and how to progress forward.
As we workout in groups many people find new friends, workout buddies which is great for people who want to make healthy lifestyle changes or change their environment into a positive way of life.
