In this week’s podcast, Simba and Sara are discussing how to navigate relationships and how to use them as guides and teachers for personal growth. We present the model we used to navigate our relationship and give our top 3 advice for relationship work.
Our Relationship Approach Model
Me
This part has to do with our own mental, emotional, and physical well-being and harmony.
Taking full accountability for our way forward will give us all the power we need to manifest dreams and reach goals.
You
This part has to do with your own mental, emotional, and physical well-being and harmony.
Taking full accountability for your own way forward in life will give you all the power you need to manifest dreams and reach goals.
The Relationship
This is the platform from where we Re-Late to each other, much like two birds flying next to each other going towards the same destination.
The mirror
Our Relationship Approach means that relationships are the greatest mirrors there are in life, the closer you get to another, the closer you ultimately get to yourself. There is no more room for the ego to hide, no stories or escapes. What you bring into the relationships, will reveal itself eventually.
Accountability & Boundaries
Accountability
Accountability is the most essential action step towards growing your personal power. The power that allows you to manifest, work for your dreams, and transcend pains & traumas into something beautiful for yourself and for others.
Boundaries
A boundary is a form of intention, the role of boundaries is to honor our barriers and to keep us intact and whole as a being. Cell membranes have cell waves to keep potentially damaging objects outside of the cell nucleus, and boundaries work very much like cell walls. Boundaries keep unwanted or harmful energies, actions, behaviors, and patterns away from harming us.
