West, East and Shamanic Perspectives
In our holistic work we often talk about different ways of viewing the world, life perspectives and how we perceive what happens along the way. Here we shortly mention three different perspectives, West, East and Shamanic.
Goals vs. Intentions
The focus is to reach a fixed point in the future where there is a certain reward or achievement worth the effort, we usually divide this into part goals in order to see a linear progression as we strive towards our final destination. Mindset and attitude are core values for any kind of effort in this philosophy.
In the east the general life direction is called INTENTIONS.
This philosophy is directed towards energy flow and wherever things do not flow or do not have a natural progress, an alternate direction is usually selected. Cultivating your energy flow by raising your Chi/Life Force and clearing your karma by the choices you make in life is essential core values in this way of life.
In the South American spiritual world they adhere to the saying “THE WORLD IS A FEELING”.
Meaning that whatever you feel is the way things are, our inner feeling is what creates our environment and outside world perception. Removing things that makes you feel bad and that is not aligning with your intuition is a core value in this way of life. Having a high vibration in any aspect of thoughts, emotions, words and actions is emphasized to create more energy in order to have a healthier lifestyle where you can be of service to others.
