FIND YOUR BASELINE
This is where we find your lifestyle baseline and your starting point. I will gather information about your current health status, your lifestyle and your intention with the detox and what lifestyle baseline you would like to strive for. I will use the following assessments:

In this step we start to make changes in your diet. We go after the most important factors and the items that will make the biggest impact on your journey. We will also add the most important things that will affect your detox. Out with the old, in with the new.
Here we add in theoretical understanding of multiple detox concepts and principles which provide the general understanding you need to maneuver your daily detox process practically. Once you learn these concepts you will be able to intuitively adjust to the process depending on the feedback your body and emotions give you.

We start to go deeper and together we begin to lay your new foundation, set stable intentions and set the pace of your detox journey. From here we really start to surf the detox!

We incorporate further treatments to support your detox and healing depending on your particular needs and we start creating your own practice. This could be a liver flush, Colonic cleanse, parasite cleanse, etc. We will also explore your local options for therapeutic Massage, Chi Nei Tsang, TRE or other treatment options.
Your personal practice:
- Morning routine

- What will your diet look like in the long term to support your health?
- What kind of routines do you need to stick to in order to reach your desired baseline?
- Do we have any known traps or triggers that we need to address?
- How does your new baseline fit in to your life puzzle?
In this last step we will do a follow up on your new baseline lifestyle and do necessary adjustments if needed.
- We fully transition to the long term diet.
- We practice our new routines.
- We follow up on your personal practice.
- Address any traps or triggers.
After step 8 we have gone full circle and you can either follow your new baseline until it is fully integrated in your life or we can start the cycle again right away. This way I can easily support you to continuously move on to better and healthier levels on your journey.
