After we have gathered the necessary information in steps 1 and 2, we design your program according to your needs and ambitions. It is also the phase where you will receive your program and complementary information regarding how we work with our processes and why we do it.
It is much like step 2 but in shorter essence and more focus on how to progress your program to assist you where you are at in life and fitness. We will use different assessments as functional benchmark tests so that we can both agree on where you are at and what is the next suitable step to develop further.
