We practice a holistic way of healing and restoration of the mind, body, and spirit connection. This is essential and the foundation for the resilience and ability of coping with negative stress and emotions. First and foremost, we show you how to practically restore your energy levels and to recover from your current stress. The initial priority is to address your immediate stress symptoms and once you feel stronger and more balanced, we then move on to how to cultivate long term and sustainable lifestyle changes.
We firmly believe that when working with stress and emotional blockages we have to treat the body and mind as one unit, that together with a healthy spirit makes for a whole being. To do this we need to both address any internal root causes and also take into account for current environmental factors affecting us from the outside.
Our Personal Stress Management Sessions is where we lay the foundation of the work and together create a strategy on how to move forward towards stress and emotion release. Though each individual’s treatment program is unique, we often use one or many of the following safe and non-invasive methods.

Stress Management
We believe in a holistic way of working and coping with stress and how to restore our energy levels to become happier and healthier. Our nervous system is the most significant system that gets affected and regulates our bodily functions when we experience stress. Sleep, food choices, exercise habits, social patterns, emotional history, mindset, pain, trauma, and spiritual experiences will be carefully observed to see what could be missing or be out of balance. Then we add one, or multiple, of the specific appropriate grounding techniques we regularly and successfully use with our clients.
Stress management starts long before you feel overwhelmed or stressed out, during our programs we teach you the body signals and key aspects to overcome heavy stress.
The autonomic nervous system can be regulated if you know what the signs are for activation and relaxation. We use grounding practices to establish a good baseline for your emotional and mental health.
Mindfulness is the base of our programs and we use meditation, physical movement exercises, breathing exercises, and grounding practices as our main tools.

Trauma Release
We provide a safe space without judgement where we address the root cause of the trauma. Trauma release is something that occurs when we shift the energy stored in behavioral patterns and repetitive cycles. If we are able to capture the early physical signs of this oncoming behavior we can begin to release the energy stored in this behavior. We mix tools such as TRE, Chi Nei-Tsang, Detox, Therapeutic Treatments, Meditation and Reiki for the physical grounding and tension release. We use Holistic Lifestyle Coaching and Social Navigation to tie it all together.
Trauma is energy stored in time and space that does not allow us to move forward in life the way we once were. Releasing this energy is crucial to healing traumas.
Many traumas are stored in physical spaces in the body, with our therapeutic massage treatments we can guide and help you access and release these areas.
Awareness of where we are in our mind-body-spirit connection is achieved through a daily practice of meditation, grounding, and deep introspection.

Emotional Healing
The connection between our emotional healing and the state of our mindset and bodily health is emerging as the new main areas of focus for self-healing and holistic health. The cause for our disruptive emotions appears inside of our body first as an imbalance on the level of our organs. This has been known in Traditional Chinese Medicine for millennia, and is now bridging together with western science to present new possibilities on the level of healing negative emotions and past trauma.

Spiritual Awakening
Spiritual Awakening is the aspect of finding one’s life purpose and having the courage to follow it. It can also be about challenging our core belief systems and our cultural & religious conditioning systems. Many times a spiritual awakening can come from life altering events, like the passing of a loved one, the loss of one’s job, accidents, injuries, trauma, diseases or sickness, and other stressful or traumatic experiences.
Subconscious programming can create a prison-like state of mind which can create a lot of unfortunate situations in life. We work on redefining your holistic core values and what you would like to do or be in this life.
